You can have your order in our webshop delivered to all EU countries by entering the delivery address (country) during "check-out".

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

If you want delivery to a non-EU country, please contact us.

We ship exclusively with UPS (United Parcel Service).

For the smoothest possible delivery of your order, please enter a phone number in the "Check-out" where you can be reached by the UPS parcel service driver in case of delivery problems.

Shipping costs

As shipping costs we charge you only the freight costs of the parcel service provider (UPS) charged to us. For each order, the shipping costs are automatically calculated for the delivery country you specify.

Value added tax

For each order, the statutory VAT of the delivery country you specify will be automatically calculated in accordance with EU regulations.

For a sales tax free export delivery please enter your sales tax identification number at "Check-out".

Delivery times

All orders are processed by us in one to two business days and handed over to the shipping service provider (UPS).

As soon as we have handed over your shipment to the shipping service provider (UPS), you will receive an email from us with your UPS tracking number.

If you would like to track the progress of your shipment, please click on the link to the UPS website listed in the email and enter your shipment number.

Returns (return of goods)

If you wish to return goods delivered by us, please send the goods back to us freight prepaid. Please enclose a copy of our delivery bill with the bill "Return" with your return. After we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. Please note that we can only accept returned goods that are in their original packaging and unused.
