Shipping
We ship exclusively with UPS (United Parcel Service).
To ensure that your order is delivered as smoothly as possible, please enter a telephone number at check-out where you can be reached by the UPS parcel service driver in the event of delivery problems.
Shipping costs
We only charge you the freight costs invoiced to us by the parcel service provider (UPS) as shipping costs. The shipping costs for the country of delivery specified by you are automatically calculated for each order.
Value added tax
For each order, the statutory value-added tax of the country of delivery you specify is automatically calculated in accordance with EU regulations.
For a VAT-free export delivery, please enter your VAT identification number at check-out.
Delivery times
All orders are processed by us within one to two working days and handed over to the shipping service provider (UPS).
As soon as we have handed over your shipment to the shipping service provider (UPS), you will receive an email from us with Your UPS tracking number.

Returns (return of goods)
